Smart People Education provides college admissions consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Personalized counseling
• Application assistance (essay review, resume editing, etc.)
• Test preparation (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, etc.)
• Visa and immigration support
• Career counseling

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using our services.
• You agree not to use our services for   any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Payment and Fees

• You agree to pay all fees associated with our services as outlined on the Website or in our agreements.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the   amount you paid to us for the services in question.
